Claire LouiseFOXPeacefully at Morriston Hospital on 21st September in the loving arms of her parents, Claire slipped away aged 42 years. Beloved and precious daughter of Pat and Barry Fox. Very much loved by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Our special thanks go to the Continuing Care Nurses who have cared for Claire and have become our friends. Our thanks also go to Parkway SNS and previously Longfields Day Centre. Funeral to be held on Wednesday 4th October 2017. Friends kindly meet at Swansea Crematorium at 2.30 pm. No flowers please.
