We have known John for almost 60 years.
Although we moved to New Zealand some fifty years ago we have been in frequent contact. He has been such a lovely kind, generous person, always interested in what our family and ourselves were doing. We visited him at his home in Crouch End, Highgate, Buckland Monochrome and in 2023 we spent a few days in Topsham with him during our UK holidays. Together with his wife, Annabel, he visited us in New Zealand twice.

Such a kind and generous man whose company we enjoyed over a number of years. John had such a lively interest in so many things and, to our delight, freely shared his wealth of knowledge. Our visits to Topsham will sadly never be the same. With much love and gratitude for so many happy memories, Susan and Bryan
