JillFORMAN(Née Granville) Peacefully on 31st May 2024 aged 55 years surrounded by family and friends, Adored wife of Andy, a doting mother of Oliver and Libbi, stepmother to Caitlin and Nanna to Isaac and Margot. Dearly loved daughter of Carol and Howard, step daughter to Ian and Pam. A special and greatly loved sister of Lisa and Dan. Jill was also a much loved daughter in law, sister in law, auntie, niece and stepsister, she loved and was loved by all her extended family and friends.
A celebration of Jill's life will take place on Wednesday 19th June at 1.30pm at St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. No dress code for our fabulous girl. Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
