CharlotteFLOWERS-SLATERWe the very proud family of Lottie would like to thank you all for the raptus applause you gave her as we arrived at Solihull Hospital, so many of you, it was uplifting to the family. Also at Robin Hood Crematorium, so many of her friends from Solihull and Heartlands Hospital. For the support of our family and many, many friends who attended the service, you were a great comfort on this very sad day. Special thanks to Raman for the tribute she read about Charlotte, for the lovely memory book which covered Charlotte's 33 years at Solihull Hospital, it made us laugh, cry and made us all so proud of her. Thank you to Val, Elaine, Ginge and Viv and all the girls in Lottie's department who are still looking after us. We are forever grateful to Manor House Lane Surgery for the 48 years of care they gave her, nothing was too much trouble for you all. Thank you to QE Hospital for 9 years of aftercare with her kidney transplant, remembering Lisa's family who gave her this time. Special thanks to the Intensive Care Unit, Heartlands Hospital who gave us as much care and attention as they did to Charlotte in her last few days. Thank you to the Reverend Alex Lavan, her service was exceptional, also Philip Painter you are all so caring and understanding, staff Tina, Vanessa, Victoria and Mark. Thank you tot he staff at Slater Brothers who looked after things when we couldn't, most of all thank you to the wonderful NHS please support them - we are lucky to have you all. Love a broken-hearted Mum.
