Graham ErnestFIELDSPassed away peacefully at Barn Park Care Home, Halwill, on 26 October, aged 81 years.

Beloved husband of Susan and father of David and Emma, grandfather to Polly, Eleanor and Alexander and great-grandfather to Agnes and Wilfred.

Sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service will be held at Penmount Crematorium, Truro, on 19 November, at 1.30pm, Kernow Chapel.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired are for Alzheimer's Society by retiring collection, or sent c/o
