Passed away peacefully on Saturday 5th October 2024 at home, aged 64 years.
Derrick will be deeply missed by his wife Jayne, son William, and by all of his family and friends.
Derrick’s Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday 29th October at Mendip Crematorium at 12:30 pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired are welcome for two chosen charities, St Margaret's Hospice and The Strawberry Club.
