Charles WilliamFAWCETTof Lord Avenue, Stacksteads, sadly passed away suddenly at home on Monday, November 21 aged 88 years. Charles was born on December 5 1933 to his loving parents James Arthur and Gladys Fawcett, a brother to eight. Charles survives his late wife June and their son Frank, he leaves his son Gordon and wife Lyn, daughter-in-law Christine, his grandchildren Gemma, Gordon, Graham, Liesa and Marc, five great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, his sister Miriam who lives in Malta and nephews and nieces. His funeral is due to take place on Monday, December 5 when his funeral cortège will be leaving his home in Lord Avenue, Stacksteads at approximately 2.35pm to make its way to Burnley Crematorium for a Celebration of Life Service conducted by Damien Philips at 3.15pm.
