MatthewFAULKNERPeacefully at rest on Saturday 12th October 2024 at Maple Tree Court Care Home, Kidsgrove, Matt aged 97 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Norma and the late Pat, much loved dad of John, David and Nick, dear father-in-law of Helen, Amanda and Lisa and a treasured grandad and great-grandad. Matt will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
The funeral cortege will leaves his son's home in Scholar Green on Monday 4th November for service and cremation at Bradwell Crematorium at 12 noon. Would relatives kindly accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
Floral tributes in memory of Matt are welcome or if desired donations may be sent for the Stroke Association c/o the funeral director.
