The obituary notice of David Leslie EVANS

I am hoping to contact a friend or family member of David (Dai) Evans of Parcmaen Street , Carmarthen. I had a business relationship with Dai starting in September 2020 which soon evolved into a personal one. Dai designed and supported my website operating under the business name of Evans Design. I learned that Dai had contracted long Covid, likely around Christmas of 2019, after which he was periodically in and out of hospital with shortness of breath and chest congestion. Dai never mentioned the name of the hospital, but I am guessing that it was Glangwili in Carmarthen. He also never mentioned the name of any family member other than his dog, a black retriever, who passed away around the same time he became ill.
