Hazel Honor GwenllianEVANS(Johns) Dear Hazel very sadly passed away peacefully aged 91 Years after a sudden illness. Devoted wife of Edgar (deceased) Dearly loved Mum of Beverley and Christopher, Mum-in-law to Adrian and Nicola and loving Grandmother to Claire, Tristan, Daniel and Cerys. Hazel will be greatly missed by all her family and friends but remembered with love and joy. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held on Wednesday 5th December at 11:30am at East Devon Crematorium, London Road, Strete Ralegh, Exeter EX5 2PT. Hazel would be very pleased if you could wear bright clothes.
