SylviaENGLISHPeacefully in hospital on April 26th, Sylvia aged 88 years of Nunthorpe.

Dearly loved wife of Ken, beloved sister of Enid and Edwin and much valued friend to so many.

Funeral service at Nunthorpe Methodist Church on Tuesday 21st May at 1:30pm prior to private cremation. Will friends and family please meet at the church.

Family flowers only please. A collection box will be available at the church for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for British Heart Foundation & Nunthorpe Methodist Church

Sylvia became a dear friend after meeting her in Middlesbrough in 2004.
She was always generous sending me a Christmas gift until last year (2023).
She had entertained me to lunch at her home.
She was particularly keen on me because I came from Malaysia where her beloved husband had served many years ago.
I last spoke to her at Christmas.
She will be dearly missed. May her blessed soul rest in peace in the everlasting arms of Jesus.
