Jeremy Adam HirstELLISPassed peacefully away at home on 18 February aged 86.
Widower of the late Patricia, much loved father of Sarah and Nicola, Grandad to Zac and Jed, brother of Tim and Chris, and of the late Giles and Nick. Jeremy will be very sadly missed.
Funeral will be on Friday 15 March, 1.45 Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham.
