received following their
recent sad loss of a very
dear mum, nan and
great nan. Our special
thanks are extended to
the doctors and district
nurses at Leek Health
Centre, staff on Ward 2
at the N.S.R.I., the
Douglas Macmillan
Hospice at Home staff,
staff on Cottage Ward for
their care during mum's
final hours. Thanks also
to all at St Mary's Church
for their prayers and all
mum's friends for their
support during her illness.
