Patricia, aged 78 years.
Dearly loved wife of Barry,
much loved mother of Michelle and Andy
and a loving nana of Luke, Becky and Joel.
Patricia will be very sadly missed by
all her family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held at
Carleton Crematorium on Thursday 4th July at 11am.
