I had the great pleasure of working with Dr Caprio and the team at Mauldeth Medical Centre, during the 1990’s.

Dr Caprio was the epitome of the traditional family doctor - the ultimate professional with the knowledge, expertise and unwavering commitment to ensure patients and their families had the very best care. Equally, he was always so kind, supportive, respectful and caring of colleagues both past and present.

Without doubt his unwavering approach, support and encouragement shaped my career. I am so very grateful for our recent visits together - the opportunity to reminisce and to express my appreciation and heartfelt gratitude.

Such a sad loss, but never to be forgotten.

With much love and sincere condolences to Sheila, Lisa and family.

I remember Dr Caprio attending Grey Mare Lane Police Station 20+ years ago to see the detainees we had in custody. He was always non judgemental, cheerful and above all a thoroughly decent man.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
