Phil passed away peacefully at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on Friday 7th March 2025 aged 67 years.
Phil will be missed beyond words by all his family and many friends.

A service to celebrate Phil's life is to be held at Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium, Swanwick on Thursday 10th April 2025 at 2:00pm.

Family flowers only please, donations made in loving memory of Phil will support
Cancer Research UK & The British Heart Foundation, these may be made at the service or online at rydefunerals.co.uk/donations.

Phil's family thank you for all your support at this difficult time.
