Sheila MargaretDOWIE(Née Thornton ) On 10th March 2024, peacefully at Aden Court Care Home, Moldgreen, aged 83 years. Beloved daughter of Maude and the late Roy, devoted partner of Fred and wife of the late Philip, much loved mum of Stephen, Graham, Jacqueline, William and Joanne, mother-in-law of Sharon, Molly, Gary, Michelle and Gary, dear sister of Trevor and Sylvia, a loving grandma, great-grandma and friend to many.
The cortege will leave McNulty Funeral Home, 25 New North Parade on Tuesday 9th April, for service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby at 2pm. At the request of the family please wear something red. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Cancer Research UK, for which a box will be available at the crematorium.
