Thomas Arthur RichardDOWELLC.Eng M.I.C.E Passed away at home aged 79 on 25th February 2015. Husband of Susan, Father of Martin and Hilary, Grandfather of Maddy and Lawrence. Tom attended King Edward VI Grammar School in Nuneaton. He pursued a career as a civil engineer, gaining the David Edwards Prize in 1960, awarded for highest exam result in the country. He rose to become Chief Assistant Engineer in Leicestershire County Council. Tom met his wife at the Church youth fellowship and regularly attended Leicester Cathedral. Tom is remembered as a supportive husband, loving father and doting grandfather and will be dearly missed. Tom's funeral service will take place at The Parish Church of St Peter, Mancetter, followed by interment in Mancetter Cemetery.
