Mam to Jacqui, Nan to Darren & Kelly. Great Nan to Rhianna, Olivia, Madison & Mia. Pat was a good friend to many who will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of Pat's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 7th December 2022 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please by request.
