My sincere condolences to Gillian, Stephen and Lorna and of course, Willie’s pride and joy Aria. Willie was such a lovely man. He was soft spoken and unassuming, and just a great person to converse with. I worked beside him in 1972 at British Leyland when I was only 17 years old. Willie was very well liked and respected by all who came in contact with him, and years later, he would become our Cooperative Insurance agent in Bathgate and Torphichen. So I have known Willie for exactly 50 years, and never heard him say anything bad about anyone. There are many good people on this earth, and Willie was surely one of them! He will be very sadly missed by many.
