Brian JohnDINSDALEPassed away peacefully at home on 20th February 2025 aged 76 years, surrounded by his loving family.
Devoted husband of Gillian, father of Sarah, father-in-law of Mike and treasured grandad of Lola and Darcy. Much loved twin brother of Ken, brother of the late Geoff, brother-in-law, uncle and a special friend to so many.
Brian was a true gentleman who loved spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and gardening. Awarded an OBE in 2002 for his services to local government in his role as Chief Executive. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church Nunthorpe on Monday 17th March 2025 at 12.30pm. Friends please meet at the Church.
