BernardDIGGLEIn Hospital after a long illness and surrounded by his loving Family on November 20th 2010, Bernard, aged 75 years. Loving Husband to June, devoted Dad to Becci, Andy, Janet, Mandi, Mark and Darren, a treasured Grandad and Great Grandad and Brother to Bernice and Terry. Bernard will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. Funeral Service to take place at Rochdale Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 2nd December at 11.00am followed by Interment. This time 12 years ago I was sat by ur side, never thought the time would come for me to say my goodbyes,
It was the hardest time of my life to see u take ur last breath and close ur eyes. 💙
Your suffering was over
And your lay to rest
No more hurt or pain inside
Just the DAD I knew best
I give u a kiss and squeeze ur hand so tight
right up to ur last breath u still put up a fight 💙
The memories I have and the ones we shared remind me of the love you gave me and how much you cared, you've been my angel for 12 years now doesnt get easier and sometimes I don't know how,
They say times a healer but I see it a different way, everyday that passes is another out the way, until we meet again you'll be my main thought, that keeps me going strong, you raised me as a fighter so it doesn't matter how long.
One day we'll meet again and that overdue hold we'll get until then dad, I'll love you no less, goodnight God bless. 💙💙 Love u always DAD xxxx
