Dearly loved and cherished wife of Joe (deceased), much loved mother of Stella, Laurence, Hannah and Josephine. Dearly loved gran and great-gran. Dearest mother-in-law and dear aunt. Hannah will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. Requiem Mass to take place at Our Lady Star of the Sea, St Anne's on Sea, Friday 26th April, 10am, prior to service of Thanksgiving at Lytham Park Crematorium at 11.30am.
