Dearly loved Wife of John, devoted Mum of Tracey and cherished Grandma of Sophie and Callum.
Funeral service at Mayfield Church on Wednesday 11th December at 11.30am, prior to Cremation at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel).
Family flowers only, donations if desired may be given for Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and St Oswald's Hospital.
The family have requested no formal black clothes to be worn.
