So very sad to hear about Maureen. Such a lovely, kind and gentle lady. Have such fond memories of our time together at Mercantile & General! And that beautiful smile when seeing Maureen shopping in Morrisons with Paul & Kim. Will be so missed by all her family whom she was so very proud of. Karen xx

Maureen was a lovely lady who I had the pleasure of working with at Mercantile and General. She was fun loving, razor sharp wit and very supportive to her friends and colleagues. I have happy memories of both her and Ron. RIP Maureen. X

It’s so sad to celebrate this day without our Queen, Star Baker and Jungle Book fan. We will cherish the great memories, appreciate the stories and remember those home baked celebratory cakes!

I only knew Maureen through visiting my Mum at Sandfields but wanted to share how I so loved her great sense of humour, quick wit and friendly nature. Always raising a smile from Mum, Maureen was a lovely kind lady. Thoughts are with you tomorrow x

Missing you already Mum, memories of all the times you spent with us at family occasions, Christmases, Birthday celebrations with Matthew and Joseph and all the silly games we've played over the years.
Holidays with just you, me, Dad when Paul & Martin had moved on to lives of thier own.
Mo and me helping out with the gardening while you supervised and provided refreshments.
Lots of wonderful memories far too many list, in the end they are all we have.

Love Mike & Mo
