Bette DAVIS April 5, 1908 – October 6, 1989.
Bette Davis passed away October 6th 1989 aged 81 years. Davis was famous for numerous film , television and theatre roles, with a career spanning 60 years and 100 acting credits, she is regarded as one of the greatest actors in the history of Hollywood. Winning two Academy Awards, she was renowned through Hollywood for trailing cigarette smoke and delivering drop-dead barbs. She passed away in France after losing her battle with breast cancer.
Bette remains very much missed by her fans. May she rest in peace.
