It is with deep sadness that the family announce the passing of Hazel on Saturday 25th May 2024 with her family at her side at Neath & Port Talbot Hospital.
Hazel will be greatly missed by her loving family and her many friends.

Hazel will be cremated and then interred with her late husband Derick at Llandrindod, family only.
