A devoted husband to the late Pat, cherished father to Paula, loved gagga to Neve and Josh, father-in-law to Keith and brother-in-law plus friend to Stan. Jack was a true gentleman, who was thoughtful, selfless with an incredible sense of humour. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 16th July, Springwood Crematorium Rosemary Chapel at 2:30pm.
Family flowers only please, if desired donations will be collected for St. Bartholomew's Court Nursing Home.
