Sidney AmbridgeCOOPERHis wife and family would like to express our thanks to his many friends who attended the service at Cambridge crematorium to say farewell to him, and for all the cards and messages of sympathy received. It was a great comfort to us. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff on ward J3 at Addenbrooke's who took such great care of him and us. Also staff at Waterbeach surgery who were always there for him. Please accept this as the only acknowledgment.
