Sarah ElisabethCOOKSLEYPeacefully passed away at Willowbrook Nursing Home on 13th February formerly of Coryton Rise, Whitchurch, Cardiff.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Clive Cooksley and mother of Robert and the late Lisa. A dear and loving Mamgu of Ben, Dave and Daisy, and mother-in-law to Tony and Jill.
We would like to thank all her extended family and friends for all the love and support you gave Mum over the years, she will be very much missed by us all.
Resting at DJ Evans, Whitchurch Funeral Home, until the service at Eglwys Y Crwys, 77 Richmond Road on the 21st March at 11.30, followed by a small service for family at Thornhill Crematorium at 1 pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cardiff City Hospice, Whitchurch Hospital, Park Rd, Cardiff, CF14 7BF.
