Thomas JosephCOOK(Formerly of Scotland Road & Sheriff Street) Passed away peacefully aged 84 years. Much loved Father, Grandfather and Brother. Thomas will be missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to the Best Care carers, especially Nurses Grace & Charlie. Also to all the Palliative Care Team and Wards 21 & 25 at Aintree Hospital. Funeral Service to held at Anfield Crematorium on Friday 21st July at 11:40am. Followed by refreshments at Kirkby Valley Golf Club, Ingoe Lane. Kirkby L32 4SS. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK. All enquiries to Peter Coyne Funeral Service 634 Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley Liverpool L10 9LA Tel:- 0151-521-7999 where Thomas will be resting.
