Marjorie IrisCOOK(Previously Nesbitt-Larking, former Mayoress of Hertford, nee Doran) Peacefully after a brave and defiant fight with cancer, on 24/05/2021, at the Lister Hospital Stevenage, surrounded by her loving family, Margie, aged 88 was adored by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by her husband Dave; five children: Paul, Frances, Nick, Miriam and Carrie; grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Private family funeral with a public memorial service to follow later in the year. Marjory was someone I have fond memories of from a young age , my mum always told me funny stories of Marjory and they still put a smile on my face 🤗 one in particular was about a necklace that she told my mum she could wear on her neck or on her head like so 😂 such a wonderful lovely lady
