Sarah JayneCONVERYCONVERY - SARAH JAYNE, July 24, 2020. Aged 42 Years. A beautiful girl who is now at peace. Beloved mother to Anthony, Jessica and Melissa. Sarah has left us all with many treasured family memories of happy days gone by that will remain with us forever. Due to current restrictions only family to attend the funeral service which is to be held on Tuesday 11th August 2020 2pm at Greenacres Ceremonial Park Rainford. Martin would like to invite friends and extended family who meant so much to Sarah, to join the family in Alstonfield Road at 1:15pm Tuesday 11th August as the family prepare to take Sarah on her final journey.
