John HenryCONATY(North Shields) Passed away in hospital on 14th July aged 86 years. Loving husband of the late Maureen, wonderful Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad. One of life's true gentlemen. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Wednesday 29th July at 12:45 pm. Due to restrictions, friends are welcome, but they will need to remain outside.

Thank you granda, for all the signs these last few weeks, from hearts in the strangest of places to songs at the strangest of times. I love you granda, I miss you and I'd do anything to have another fry up with you while watching a rubbish film. I miss you and all that came with you so so much. Love you granda, always ❤️

Happy birthday Grandad. Probably for the best you didn’t reach 90, the card selection is rubbish in the shops. Missing you today and everyday. There’s so much that’s happened I wish I could share with you but I know you’ll have seen it all. Love you always, my best friend ❤️
