Edward MerlinCLATWORTHYPeacefully on Thursday 16th November at his home, Merlin (Ted) aged 95 of Penmachno, Morriston. Devoted husband of the late Mena, beloved Father of Peter, Debra and much loved Father in-law of Helen. Cherished Gramps of Sian, Gareth, Lauren and Paul, worshipped Great Gramps of Rhys, Brother of Norman and the late Denzil.

Funeral service Monday 4th December at Swansea Crematorium at 2.30pm.

Military life is transient, and you meet many different people on many different postings, more so as a child, most you forget, but Merlin I never forgot, his quiet authoritative air, the kindness and consideration he displayed. A friend and colleague of my father, our ways parted when my father left the Army. I haven't seen him since 1967, but never forgotten R.I.P. Merlin.
