A service will take place for family and friends on 6th October at 11:30am at Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium.
Afterwards at Billingham Rugby Club 12:30 - 2:30.
Donations in lieu of flowers to Great North Air Ambulance Service; a donation box will be available at the service.
