Beloved husband of the late Nora, treasured father to Regina, Mark and Laura. Dearly loved grandad & great-grandad and much loved brother. Mr Clancy of Rochdale Rd
Blackley will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Mr Clancy's requiem mass will be held at his place of worship -St Clare's
Blackley on Monday 14th October at 12pm noon followed by committal to the family plot at

We are saddened about Desmond's passing. He visited us in Australia on four occasions and we enjoyed his company, he was able to meet his Australian family. Desmond and Lawrence came to celebrate my seventieth birthday which was a special visit for all of us. We had many phone calls over the years and he was a perfect host when we were in Manchester. For many of Laura’s teenage years, Des put up with us taking over his house at the weekend! He never complained. Such a lovely person & a true gent x
