FrancesCHRISTIE(Councillor, Mayor of Guisborough, First Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland) Passed away on January 10th after a short illness, Fran aged 83 years, beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother of Mildred and Fiona, dear mother in law to Chris and Jem, much loved nana, great nana and great great nana and dear friend of Philip. Private service and cremation at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Wednesday January 20th at 2.00pm. Thanks to Belmont View Care Home for the care given to Fran and BJP for their care and compassion.

On 23rd Dec. 2020, Fiona and Millie took mum(Fran) to the Care Home where she would spend her last days. Our hearts still miss her, and hope those who knew her will think of her and smile.

Dear nana, I miss you every day. I remember your last christmas I made you a card and put it next to your bed, you woke up and saw it, hugged me kissed my cheek and said thank you. I miss you Nana.
