A celebration of Anne's life will be held at Carleton Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd October at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired may be given for Trinity Hospice c/o the Funeral Director.

Anne was an amazing and caring person. I knew Anne through my mum and sister who used to play darts and dominos with Anne. She always welcomed me and chatted to me. RIP Anne
