ChristopherCHAPMANSadly passed away in hospital with his loving family at his side.

A devoted husband, loving father and grandad. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Funeral service and cremation at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary chapel at 12.00pm on Wednesday 16th October. Family flowers only.

A celebration of Chris' life will take place at Mount Carmel Social Club. All family and friends are welcome.
