Jean ElizabethCHAPMANSadly my mum passed away at St Luke's Hospice on the 10th November after a fight with cancer. A loving wife, Grand Mother, Great Grand Mother and friend.
The funeral is on the 1st December at Efford Crematorium at 10:45.
Charity donations to St Lukes Hospice, Plymouth please.
