IanCHAPLINof Baxenden passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on 28 January, aged 78.
Ian sadly leaves behind his dearly loved wife, Valerie, his much loved sons, Paul and Keith, his daughter in laws, Julie and Tanya, and his adored grandchildren, Charlotte and Thomas. He also leaves behind his much loved brother, David.
Ian will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.
The family would like to thank the staff at Carelytical, District Nurses and East Lancs Hospice for all their help and care for Ian.
Ian’s funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday 12th February at 3.00pm.
