JackCHAPLINPassed away peacefully on 16th September 2021 at Woking Hospice, aged 97 years. Loving husband to his late wife "Charlie." Father to Melissa, Mary and Hazel. Loving grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. Jack will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Guildford Crematorium on Friday 12th November 2021 at 11:15.
