RachelCAVANAGHSadly, passed away peacefully at Home on the 8th October 2024 aged 52 years.
Loving wife to Damian, adored mother to Rory, Megan, Kayleigh, Lewis and Imogen, cherished daughter to Len and Viv, proud sister to Rebeca, sister-in-law to Andrea, nana to Bradley and Emily.
Funeral service will be held at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 25th October 2024 at 12noon and followed by interment at Bron y Nant Cemetery.
Donations if so desired towards a charity of your choice.
