Dennis EdwardCAULFIELDDennis' family in their recent sad bereavement, would like to express their sincere and grateful thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received in memory of Dennis for The Christie Macclesfield and the British Heart Foundation. Thanks are also extended to Frank Watt for preparing a special service of Thanksgiving and all the medical staff who nursed Dennis throughout his illness.
