Derek AnthonyCASSIDYPeacefully whilst at home on March 14th, Derek aged 82 years.

Devoted husband of Anne, greatly loved dad of Joanne and Shaun. Also a cherished grandad of Sam, Thomas and Gabriel.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 4th April at 1pm in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel.

Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to The Rehabilitation Centre (Limb Centre), James Cook University Hospital. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
