Retired BR railwayman (Ditton Junction, Birkenhead North and Liverpool Division Rail House). Public transport enthusiast and member of several bus societies.

Formerly of Garston and later resident in Lincolnshire where he died.

Interment will take place at Allerton Cemetery on Wednesday 30th October at 10.30am
