Emily MaryCARMICHAELPassed away peacefully at home on Sunday April 22nd 2018 aged 101 years. She had a wonderful life growing up in Stretford and Hale and was married in 1940 to the late Alasdair Hugh. They moved to Wilmslow in 1946 and she remained a resident of Wilmslow until her death. She leaves 2 sons, Andy (Lisa) and Alasdair (Sheila), 4 grandchildren, Samantha, Lucinda Emma and Lynsey, 6 great grandchildren plus nieces and nephews. She had many friends in the area and will be sadly missed, but the knowledge that she is taken to be with her Lord gives reason for celebration of a life well lived.
