ElizabethCARLESSBetty previously of North Ormesby passed away peacefully on Saturday February 10 at Moorlands Care Home, Guisborough, aged 87 years. Devoted wife to William. Dearly loved mother to Pauline and mother in law to James. A treasured grandmother to Charlotte & Matthew and a great grandmother to Lily and Loewe. Also, a dear sister, sister in law, aunt and friend.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday February 27 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Dementia UK.
If roses grow in heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me.
Tell her that I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy, I do it everyday, but there's an ache within my heart that will never go away.
