Treasured dad of Daniel, Katie, Matthew and Charlotte and also a cherished grandad of Mason, Logan, Jessica, Ethan and Jaxon.
Tommy shall be deeply and sorely missed by all.
Service and cremation to take place on Friday March 7th in the Chapel of St Hilda, Teesside Crematorium at 1.30pm. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to Ward 29 of The James Cook University Hospital. A collection box shall be available after the service.
